1JZ NON-VVTi Billet 6766 Turbo Kit.
NOW INCLUDES TURBOSMART 45MM HYPERGATE WASTEGATE!
We now offer this turbo kit with our new 67MM trim top-of-the-line quality billet aluminum compressor wheel with extended tip!! Capable of over 750whp, for people who drag or street race their 1JZ with big cams. Kit includes manifold, wastegate, 4" intake pipe, dump tube, downpipe, fasteners, oil lines and fittings, gaskets, adaptor flanges for turbo and block oil lines, DM 6766 turbo with ceramic coated exhaust housing and polished compressor housing, blue anodized billet backplate, all Garrett internals. Exhaust housing is divided inlet to match the divided manifold. Wastegate is Turbosmart 45mm Hypergate v-band wastegate. The manifold had been modified to fit our wastegate and bracing is added between the manifold flanges for strength. We're confident that this is the best kit on the market for the money. A nice 4" DM filter is included with the kit.
A custom mid-pipe will be required to go from the downpipe to the catback, but no modification is required to the downpipe to fit a Supra, SC300, 240SX, or Cressida. The kit now fits most right hand drive vehicles without modification to the wastegate piping.
Turbo kits are NOT smog legal in California, and can not be shipped to California! It is not intended for any pollution controlled vehicles, and is intended for off-road or track use ONLY.
We have a new compressor housing with our logo, and it's a really nice clean casting, so it doesn't need to be polished anymore. If you prefer polished, we have that as an option now.
NEW Ball Bearing Option! We have our own ball bearing turbos now! The backplate color will not apply to ball bearing, it will be a machined billet finish.
We do NOT recommend turbo blankets, they drastically decrease the lifespan of the turbo, with no performance benefit. Our exhaust housings already come ceramic coated, which helps decrease radiated heat.
Please note: Our BALL BEARING turbochargers have a bearing retention fitting below the oil inlet fitting, please always put a wrench on the hex when installing or removing an oil inlet fitting, or tightening a hose. Loosening or over-tightening the bearing retaining fitting can cause damage to the turbo, and void the warranty.
