Description

Driftmotion Oil Cooler Kit for 1JZ/2JZ engines. This kit will allow you to remove your stock oil to water cooler, and replace it with a new Earl's oil filter housing with built in full-flow oil thermostat. The oil filter screws on to the new housing, keeping it simple and clean. Once the oil temp reaches 160 deg, the Earl's thermostat begins to open (fully open at 180 deg), and directs oil through the Long oil cooler, through Gates Racing AN-10 cloth jacketed steel reinforced hose (8ft of hose), with high quality US made hose fittings and adapters. Kit includes everything pictured! The original stock oil cooler coolant lines can be re-routed directly into each other. Two hose separators are included for a clean looking install. The oil cooler can be mounted behind the fog light, or in front of the radiator, but brackets are not included, those will need to be made to fit the location you want to mount the cooler. The cooler has large mounting tabs which are easy to use. Select the size of cooler you want, we now offer a larger size for higher horsepower setups, and two Setrab options when only the best will do!

NOW AVAILABLE with an add-on (silver color) sandwich adapter, so you can use up to 1/8" NPT sensors for oil pressure or temperature. Select in the drop down menu if you want to add this to your kit. (Sensors not included)

4 of 5 Kit works very well October 19, 2022
Reviewer: Josh Mcgee from Chandler, AZ United States
Reason I didn't give it a 5 star was I got the additional sensor plate add on and it works great for 3 events or so then it starter to leak. I do oil change after every event. And when I noticed the leak the second rod that you screw on to hold the second sandwich plate on would be loose , I tried multiple things to get it to stay tight. I ended up taking the secondary plate off and havnt had an issue. I tried to re order orings for it but they were wrong. But kit does work great my car never goes over 207 temp on track here in AZ with 105 Temps outside
