Heat Shielding Gasket 2JZ-GTE. We now offer upper and lower intake gaskets! This heat shielding gasket goes between the lower intake runners and the cylinder head, reducing heat transfer between the head and the intake plenum. This gasket is also reusuable! This gasket fits the US Supra 2JZ-GTE, and JDM Aristo and Supra 2JZ-GTE and VVTi 2JZ-GTE engines, just trim off the EGR portion of the gasket with a razor blade.

Only one needed per engine, this replaces the factory gasket between the head and the lower intake runners. For the turbo 2JZ-GTE cylinder head.

Typical results with a heat shielding gasket would be a 17-20 degree (F) drop in intake plenum temp, and a 8-10 degree (F)drop in intake air temp. The lower gasket is going to make the most dramatic change in intake air temperature, but the upper gasket makes even more improvement!
